Recipe For Gratin Of Pennes



A simple, unpretentious recipe that appeals to everyone!

Ingredients:

* 160g of penne
* 2 very ripe tomatoes
* 100g canned mushrooms
* 12g of fresh cheese (light, ricotta or goat cheese)
* 30g grated Gruyère cheese
* 2 eggs
* 125 ml skimmed milk
* 1 pinch nutmeg
* Salt,  pepper

Method:

* Preheat your cares th.7 (210 ° C).

* Dip the pasta in salted boiling water.

* Cook the time indicated on the label until they are "al dente".

* Wash and cut tomatoes into small wedges.

* Drain the canned mushrooms.

* Mix in a bowl, the crushed reduced cheese, milk, whole eggs, salt, and pepper. Then add the nutmeg, drained pasta, and vegetables.

* Place the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.

* Bake 20 min.
