Recipe Of Gratin Pear With Roquefort

Ingredients:

* Butter 50 g

Method:

* Slice Roquefort avoiding crumble.

* Cut the ham into small cubes.

* Cover the Roquefort bread and ham, complete with rosette pear slices.

* Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
