How To Make Vegetarian Mini Quiche With Leeks



These vegetarian leek and  quiches make a delicious starter, lunch or light dinner. Serve them with a green salad. They are best eaten warm.

Here you will get the recipe for vegetarian leek quiche which is a healthy vegetarian supper or brunch dish.

Ingredients:

* 1 dough roller vegan pie
* 2 leeks
* 2 eggs
* 75g silken tofu
* 20cl of soy cream
* 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
* Salt pepper

Method:

* Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

* Roll out the pastry and cut its circles slightly larger than your fingerprints mini quiche.

* Chop and wash the leeks and cook, cover, 10 minutes or so, in a Dutch oven.

* In a bowl, whisk the eggs with soy cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Add the silken tofu and leeks. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

* Divide the mixture over the dough telethon.

* Bake for 15 minutes.

* Let it cool and unmold.
