How To Make Vegetarian Mini Quiche With Leeks

Ingredients:

* 2 leeks
* 2 eggs
* 75g silken tofu
* 20cl of soy cream
* 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
* Salt pepper
Method:
* Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
