How To Make Yummy Meatballs




Cooked plain or with tomato sauce, meatballs generally appeal to children and adults. To make your own tasty dumplings here is a recipe easy and accessible to reproduce in you today!

Ingredients:

* 150g of minced beef
* 1 onion
* 1 garlic clove
* Chopped 1 sprig of parsley
* 1 sprig fresh cilantro chopped
* 1 whole egg
* Breadcrumbs
* Olive oil
* Salt, pepper to taste

Method: 

* To start this recipe for meatballs, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

* Heat a little olive oil in a skillet.

* Fry the chopped onion and garlic until translucent but not colored.

* Remove from heat.

* Mix the minced meat with the onion and chopped garlic, chopped herbs, whole egg and some breadcrumbs in a bowl. Do this by hand for convenience. Salt and pepper to taste.

* Divide into balls the size of a large walnut, with the preparation and always using your hands.

* Place the meatballs As a plate.

* Pour the breadcrumbs into a shallow dish.

* Pass the meatballs in breadcrumbs, ensuring them complete coverage.

* Heat 3 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil in a skillet.

* Drop the meatballs and fry for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Remember to regularly return your meatballs to bake evenly.

* Serve the hot meatballs topped with a tomato sauce homemade and served with rice or pasta.
