Pasta Gratin, Zucchini And Minced Meat Recipe



A simple Beef, courgette and tomato gratin recipe for you to cook a great meal for family or friends. This cheesy dish of deliciousness is a family favorite pasta bake that we've transformed into a plate licking low-carb meal.

Ingredients:

* 400g ground meat
* 1 courgette
* 1 tomato puree brick
* 2 onions
* 3 cloves of garlic
* 4 handles of raw shells
* Herbs of Provence
* Grated cheese
* Oil
* Salt pepper

Method:

* Preheat your oven to 180 ° C(Gas mark 6).

* Peel and wash the onions and garlic. Chop coarsely.

* In an oiled skillet, fry the meat, onions, and garlic.

* Sprinkle with herbs. Add salt and pepper.

* When the meat is almost cooked, sprinkle the tomato smash and bake for 5 minutes.

* Wash now zucchini, then cut it into strips.

* Pour 1 tbsp. Oil in a baking dish.

* Distribute 2 handfuls raw shells at the bottom of the dish.

* Then place a layer of zucchini slices and salt them.

* Cover the zucchini of the meat mixture, followed by 2 handles raw shells.

* Complete the dressing with a layer of zucchini.

* Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 35 minutes.

* At the end of cooking, your dish should be well browned.
