Minced Meat Gratin And Smashed Potato Cauliflower
Invention personal, made from the remainings of potatoes cooked in the white sauce: easy, economical, presentable recipe. Typically it is a winter dish but you can add this recipe on your menu all year round!
Ingredients:
* 500g of bouquets of cauliflower
* 3 potatoes
* 250g ground meat
* 4 eggs
* 1 onion
* 3 c. Fresh cream
* Grated cheese (Gruyère or gouda)
* 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
* 1 pinch of grated ginger
* 1 chicken broth cube
* Parsley
* Salt pepper
Method:
* Cook the potatoes and cauliflower in a little-salted water with chicken broth.
* Smash and let it cool.
* Cook the minced meat with the onion, parsley, and salt.
* Mix the cooled purée: eggs, sour cream, cheese, nutmeg, and ginger.
* Preheat the oven 180 ° C (Gas mark 6).
* Put half of this smashed in individual dishes and the cooked mince and cover the remaining smashed.
* Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
