Recipe Of Endives With Bechamel


In winter, we people always wish to eat hot food in chilling winter so, here is the recipe to make your winter hotty. Hot dish in winter. Allows to eat vegetables.

Ingredients:

* 1kg of endives
* 8 slices of fine ham
* 100g grated Gruyère cheese
* 1 béchamel
* Salt pepper

Method:

* Preheat the oven 180 ° C(Gas mark 6).

* Cook the endives in boiling water and drain well.

* Roll the endives in each slice of ham put them in a baking dish.

* Pour the béchamel sauce, put the grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
