Tartlets With Leeks, Raisins And Shrimp



Cutting out rich pastry cuts the calories. Here is the recipe for your dish.

Ingredients:

* 1 puff pastry ready to roll
* 1 small leek
* 1 handful of raisins
* 1 handful of frozen shrimp
* 1 egg
* 10 cl cream (about)
* 1 pinch of cumin
* 1 tower mill pink pepper berries
* 1 little olive oil

Method:

* Preheat oven to 200°C.

* Roll out your dough and using a pastry cutter, cut the footprints of mini tarts. Prick them with a fork and then go for the mussels.

* In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and fry the chopped leek. When it starts to color, add the handful of raisins, shrimp and spices, and mix.

* Remove from heat, break an egg and add the cream. Mix.

* Fill the pie shells of this preparation and bake for 15 to 20 min.
