How To Make Thai Rice With Crab


Of all the fried rice dishes, Crab Fried Rice is the kind of fried rice that gets to meet and greet important guests. Crab Fried Rice is a dish that you do not want to order from small street stalls. You want to get crab fried rice at a nice restaurant because the quality of the crab determines how good crab fried rice can be. This recipe reflects how crab fried rice is made in Thai restaurants in Thailand, no carrots, no peas, just crab!

Ingredients:

* 150g cooked rice Thai recipe
* 1 can of crab in the natural (or 250g of frozen crab)
* 2 chickens
* 5 sprigs of fresh coriander
* 1 knob of butter
* 1 C. Of nuoc-mam (Suzi Wan)

Method:

* Drain the crab and crumble it. Cut the spring onions into pieces.

* Heat the rice 2 minutes in the microwave. In a skillet or wok, melt the butter, fry the spring onions 20 seconds, add the crab, fish sauce.

* Mix well. Then add the rice and coriander.

* Mix again. Serve immediately.
