How To Cook Tomato Tart Summer

As we all love summer season, and in summer we also love to eat fresh, spicy and tangy food. Here, you will get to know about the recipe for summer food which is very easy to cook.

Tomato tart summer is one of our favorites of the summer: a tomato pie which really is the Tomato star!

Beautifully mature and whole tomatoes, full of flavor, sugar and juicy. A well-seasoned pie, grown by just the right concentration of mustard, a few herbs, and spices...If you have beautifully grown tomatoes out of the ground in the corner of your garden or farmer, I assure you it as the delightful comfort.

Ingredients:

Puff pastry   - 6 or 7 quantity
Medium tomatoes(must cover the dough!  - 2 quantity
Onions(or 1 large)  - 1 quantity
Agave syrup  - 1 tbsp quantity
Sprig fresh thyme(a few chopped basil leaves)  - 1 quantity
Mustard(with seeds) - 1 tbsp(rounded) quantity
Salt, pepper and olive oil - as per your taste

Procedure:

* Preheat oven to 210°C (gas mark 7).
* On a baking sheet, spread the pastry and prick with a fork(to prevent     it  rising too much).
* Recoil the dough into the stuffing 5 minutes always to 210°C. When the paste   began to stiffen(but is not yet golden), take out of oven.
* Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems with a knife.
* Put the tomato part cut towards the bottom on a wooden/cutting board. Cut  slices, taking care not      to cut fully, thus keeping well the top part  attached. This allows the juices to drain out before putting on the tomato  paste, and speeds cooking from the heart of the tomato.

* Chop the onions and fry in a pan with a little olive oil.
* When cooked, add a sprint of agave syrup: it gets golden brown onions,  fondant, although soft and shiny, slightly sweet and delicious.
* Spread the mustard on the prebaked pie shell.
* Arrange onions and tomatoes on the pastry.
* Sprinkle thyme leaves, season with salt and pepper.

* Bake at 210°C(gas mark 6) and cook for about 10 minutes, then lower the   temperature to 150°C and cook gently, the dough will be golden and crispy,  the tomatoes must be very warm at heart(prick with the tip of a knife if  necessary) and slightly melted.
* Remove the pie from the oven, finish by sprinkling the chopped basil leaves  and add a drizzle of olive oil.

There you go !!!....enjoy it have fun.
