Baked Donut Recipe With Strawberries



Homemade baked donuts may not be the healthiest thing to eat, but they are certainly a vast improvement over store-bought donuts that tend to include additives and preservatives and are often cooked in trans fats. Another advantage to these homemade donuts is that they are baked rather than fried, saving not just calories but also saving your heart from damaging, easily-oxidized vegetable oils.

Ingredients:

* 430g flour
* 60g of melted butter
* 180 ml of warm milk
* 65g of sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 sachet of baker's yeast
* 1 c. Coffee
* 300g berries (raspberries, cranberries, blackberries ...)
* Maple syrup
* Icing sugar

Method:

* Preheat the oven 180 ° C.

* Pour the warm milk in the map and add the eggs, sugar, salt and flour and yeast.
